Green Chile is extremely deep rooted in the state, economy, and culture of the state of New Mexico. It brings over $400 Million annually to the state's local economy, according to the governor's office, and are just beginning to gain recognition outside of the Southwest.
At Zia Green Chile Company, we obtain all of our chiles directly from Hatch Valley, New Mexico, famous for the soil known to give Hatch Chiles their unique and flame-roasted flavor. Our ingredients are authentic, and our recipes stick true to the traditional New Mexican cuisine we know and love.
Zia Green Chile Company is the only provider who roasts and supplies Hatch Chiles year round to NYC. You can find us on weekends at Smorgasburg, in key specialty retailers and in the kitchens of some of New York's best restaurants.
We grew up with the smell of freshly roasted green chiles and comforting taste of homemade New Mexican dishes and desserts straight from a Santa Fe kitchen, and now we'd love to share it with you.
