New Mexico Green Chile

Harvested only once a year from Mid-August to Mid/late-October, our Green Chile is famously grown in the Southern New Mexico soil due to the dry climate and high altitude.

It is roasted, peeled, diced, and all naturally preserved in lime juice, garlic, and salt.

Green Chile can be eaten alone, but recommended use for sauces and relishes to provide an unmatched flame-roasted, smoke kissed, spicy, and addicting flavor to virtually anything.
